Who We Are
Hi! I’m Tamara — the founder of Infrared Sauna Studios and a former licensed massage therapist. For over twenty years I’ve had the honor of walking alongside others on their wellness journeys. What I came to understand is how deeply our bodies, minds and souls need rest in order to heal. Infrared Sauna Studios was born from that insight.

The vision was never just about saunas. It was about a calm, welcoming space where people could slow down, reconnect with their bodies and feel genuinely cared for. We needed more than a place to sweat — we needed a place to exhale.
Our Intention
At Infrared Sauna Studios it’s the little details that make a big difference. Every element here is intentional: the warmth, the lighting, the aroma, the music and the quiet moments in between.
